In order to do that…we have to have a real 1:1 with ourselves. Today, I spoke with the Sistas (Breana Curry, Brittany Farmer, Jamisha Wells and Simone Price). Based in Atlanta, these 4 women on the rise joined their professional talents in mental health services and personal experiences to create the new book Soulful Sessions. The book helps readers create healthy boundaries to honor themselves and support each other on their individual journeys. They’ll share insights into their collaboration as well as thoughts, personal experiences and challenges that led to them each having their own soulful session in life.
